You will be close to everything when you stay at this home and in a neighborhood where everyone is welcome. When you walk in, you’ll notice a simple home with original floors from 1942. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk in shower, a kitchen and a comfortable living room area to hang out and relax. Out front there’s a table (actually 2) and some space to hang out when it’s not 100+ degrees outside. Come enjoy Phoenix, Spring training, local restaurants, ice cream and more.

This should not impact your stay- but we want to be transparent, there is an attached guesthouse on the property with its own entrance via a side gate that will be occupied at the time of your stay. But you will not share spaces. The entire home and front patio area is for you!

Please note the back area is not for guest use. Same with the driveway
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Saint Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. The vacation home offers a kitchen and a Smart TV.
