The bathroom was in real bad shape, that's the biggest piece of the low review. Overall the room was in ok shape but the bath tub was rough and the sink was backing up and releasing whatever gunk is in the pipe overnight. Plumbing in that system needs some serious work.

I had to say that the lady that has been on call for over nine days was very rude and nasty to my family members it was Christmas and they tried to be as pleasant to her as possible, but she was very upset and rude. This is not the staff that you need in your company.

Staff wasn't very friendly, you need to ask to clean up the room 24hrs in advance, I had to ask for shampoo & conditioner because we didn't have the 1st night, not even one bottle of water in the room, you have to buy it
