Nice rooms. They look like they have been upgraded recently. Very spacious. You can see by the elevator and stairwells that the property is very old. However the rooms looked very modern and new. Was very clean. I had no problems with the staff, however I did overhear one of the staff get really uppity with another customer and didn't think it was appropriate for the problem. The breakfast could use a little more imagination other than fried eggs and under-cooked sausage. I would stay there again.

2 night stay to attend a family graduation. Tried and spending some time in the pool during our spare time. But the pool was dirty cloudy, unsafe. The Jacuzzi was roped off for repairs. I will forward a formal complaint to your corporate when I return home next week, along with pictures to document

The trip was good. Customer service over the phone was terrible. Got hung up on twice, terribke attitudes. We need to stop outsourcing Customer service over seas.

The plumbing was iffy, the sink drain made a weird gurgling noise and the toilet ran. The property was fairly clean, but rundown feeling. The elevators were really slow and made terrible grinding noises. The coffee I. The lobby was often empty. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly.
