Nice but too far away from the Renaissance Festiva

Didn’t care for the night clerk. Morning gal was great!!! Was hoping to get out of my stay. Said it was 26 miles away Not!! Ended up taking 40 minutes to get to theRenaissance Festival. Unfortunately the night clerk wouldn’t even contact the manager.

Great stay

Very clean hotel and room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bath towels could be a bit bigger. The free breakfast had a lot to choose from. We would stay again.

Rock Hard Beds - Tossed and Turned

THE WORST, HARDEST BEDS that I have ever experienced at a hotel. The desk was breaking, which we cobbled back together so we didn’t have to look at it. The hotel was not anywhere near full and we were given a view of a wall. The refrigerator was so loud, we unplugged it. The light was flickering in the bathroom. Looks like the renovation made the hotel look quite a bit nicer than it had but corners were cut in furniture quality and definitely the beds.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was so handy to have available. Location was wonderful and it was so nice to be able to walk across the street and have restaurants/shopping/coffee shop/park and be able to get right on to the walking path around the lake and to be able to jump on a hiking trail. Will definitely stay here again - highly recommend.

Hotel was in a wonderful location next to the Fountain Park. What a treat to enjoy that in the evening and morning. Room wasn’t completely cleaned upon arrival. Quiet and breakfast had a nice selection.

The hotel space is older but remodeled and clean and modern appearing. Very beautiful location across from the famous namesake fountain. We had several decent dining options very close. The beds were plush and comfortable, clean rooms, linens. Offered free bottled waters in the room which is almost unheard of. Walls are not well insulated and heard everything from the neighbor upstairs who woke up at 5 am and seemed to stomp around for three hours. Earplugs would have worked to curb this problem but I forgot them. Didn’t use the pool area because it’s winter but looked ok. Small and clean. Overall would stay again for sure!
