The host was great. My questions were answered very quickly. The house was great. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen was complete. Backyard was very nice. Great lighting and comfortable sitting areas. Had a working fire pit out back. Would stay here again.

Host thoughtfully had welcoming gift appropriate for activities we were in town to participate. Very easy and accessible house with direct access to public park with tennis courts. Backyard was really awesome including a nice but unheated pool that only my teenage sons found possible at Xmas time. We had sunrise coffee at the fire pit every day! The neighbors rather shy ostrich occasionally kept a mostly inconspicuous eye on us when in the back yard.

Still reminiscing with JOY

With four bedrooms, this home easily accommodated our guests. We didn’t even have to use one of the bedrooms. The backyard is amazing. It has a gate to a large park. That gate was invaluable to us. Though it was not warm enough to totally heat the pool, that didn’t stop us from dangling our tired feet in the water. The neighbors were wonderful and helpful. And, what a perfect location, close enough for my husband to ride the bike to Peoria Sports Complex. It was also convenient to get to Costco, Walmart and Arrowhead Mall and so many wonderful restaurants on 83rd. If you stay here, do go to Grande Pizza on Union Hills. We ate Calzone 3 times!!! Sooo good! Thank you Mr. Sandoval for a wonderful month.

A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the property both inside and out. It could of used a good sprucing up,that being said supplies such as a broom and dustpan, a wet mop and bucket and cleaning supplies would be nice as we could of tidied things up ourselves also dish soap,all purpose cleaner laundry detergent to name a few and a duster . Aside from this your place was lovely and very comfortable and close to everything.we enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing Family Getaway

Our family of 6 stayed over Christmas break. We have 4 kids ages 5-15.The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The hosts even had stockings for each of our kids monogrammed, filled, and hung by the fireplace. This house really met everyone's needs. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and we had several dinners cooked on the grill and eaten at the outdoor dining table. Having access to the park through the back gate was a wonderful perk for when the cousins came to play. The only thing to take note of is that there wasn't a dishwasher which wasn't the most convenient, but we'd still chose to stay here again! The hosts were excellent at responding and making us feel welcome!
