It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! During winter, the pool heater typically maintains temperatures in the low to mid-70s.
Optimal heating is during late spring, summer, and early fall, though cooler weather may impact temperature retention.
Heated Pool Option: Available for an additional $50/day—please request in advance to ensure it’s ready for your stay.
