Situated less than 20 minutes away from PHX Airport, Old Town, 5 min to ASU, shopping, dining, hiking trails, casinos, and Cardinals Stadium, Angels Spring Training and our property offers the perfect blend of convenience and luxury.

Step into our spacious home and be greeted by contemporary furnishings and stylish decor throughout. The open-concept living area provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and granite countertops, perfect for whipping up delicious meals.

- Failure to Clean up after yourself will result in a Deep Cleaning/Unexpected Cleaning Fee of $500 - Respect the Neighborhood and the Neighbors

Enjoyed our stay!

We spent a ton of time in the pool and enjoyed the pool toys. We appreciated the extras like spices, coffee and olive oil. There were lots of towels and pool towels. We did have one minor concern when we were there but the property manager answered our texts right away and solved the problem over text

Beautiful Clean Home

The home is exactly as described and pictured. The owner is very responsive and the check-in easy. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need for your stay. There were 8 of us, all adults, in town for a wedding and the house worked great for all our needs. The location is also convenient to many areas.

Great Stay

Had a nice stay, very much as described in the listing. Definitely a very residential neighborhood, so if you’re looking for a place to party late- look somewhere else, but it was great for our group. Easy check in/out. Very responsive communication with owner while we were there. Had small issue with pool heater not running one night, but it was fixed within minutes of contacting the owner. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks
