Wouldn’t stay here again; NO FRONT DESK!
There is no one on this property after hours. I had to respond to a text message from ann unknown number to provide my email and information so I could get checked in around 530pm.
The halls and elevators looked dirty and had dried spills on the floors. The room had certain things that had been remodeled, but there were purple drip stains on the bathtub in addition to age related dirt stains at the bottom of the tub and on the sink. Overall it felt adequately clean, just not really comfortably clean.
The bathroom is tight and crowded with the toilet and door (the door opens to the toilet and you have to kind of climb around the toilet to close the door). I had no hair dryer when I got out of the shower and had to call the after hours number about it just to be told no one is on the property until the next day business hours. No instructions for checkout and no one at the desk at 730am. I emailed twice with concerns and still haven’t received a response more a day and a half later.
The bed was decently comfortable and I did feel it was a safe property as a woman with an 11 year old child. The parking lot was well lit.
