Do NOT reserve this place. Zero communication and VRBO had to cancel the reservation last minute as we were stranded at the property without entry. Had to check into a hotel last minute.

Cancelled less than 12 hours before scheduled stay

I'm not able to rate this property as the host cancelled my reservation less than 12 hours before I was scheduled to stay. At 9pm on the Thursday before I was to check in on Friday, the host emailed that they were cancelling my stay. I understand things happen but I had contacted the host a week prior to the stay asking about an early check in as I was going to a 3 day festival and it started at noon and our check in was at 4pm. I received an email back that they would check their schedule and get back shortly. I didn't hear back from the host until they cancelled the stay. It was just very rude and blase how they just cancelled my stay with absolutely no notice and then left me scrambling to find a place to stay for literally the same day (as I didn't see the message until after midnight).

Good location

The place was nice. All our needs were met. No yard. Had to walk the dog down the sidewalk to a grassy area. Our dog is small so this was ok. We would stay here again. It was reasonable priced.
