Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Location is close to Falcon Field, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Town Lake, and Great Freeway Access to Downtown PHX.

My wife and I had a great stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. Neighborhood is quiet. The off street parking was nice and close to the door. Checking in and out was very easy and the instructions were clear. We would absolutely stay again.

What a lovely stay we had. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our reason to be in Mesa. The bed was super comfortable once you got in it! My husband is 6 ft 3 so no problem for him, I am 5 ft 6 so until I found the little stool it was a bit of a challenge for this almost 80 yr old! Thank you, Cindy.

Nice place and quiet. Some old style airplanes fly a bit above the Urbana and orange groves. Good location for East Mesa. Ac,kitchen and host were all great. All the stuff of home. Even inspirational art.The bed is for tall people but very comfortable and supportive.

Very clean. Huge kitchen, large bedroom and large bathroom, excellent walk in shower. 4bar phone signal. Good parking. Easily sleep 4 adults. Good location for central Mesa. Concerns, the 1 bed is very elevated, not easy for me to get into, a senior with bad knee. The table and 2 chairs is not really good for more than 1 person. Highly recommend for a single or couple.

Lovely!

Property is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Apartment is nicely furnished. Mattress is too die for!! I noticed there were stains on stove-we did not use stove. I have a glass top at home and use Weimar Glass Cook Top cleaner-perhaps you could use the same, clean stove and then leave cleaner in apartment for renters to clean stove as needed.

Nice Apartment!

Perfect For Us

We needed a home base from which to golf, hike, and dine. This was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it had a comfy bed, a full kitchen, and laundry so we didn't have to pack a bunch of clothes to change into when we got sweaty from outdoor activities. Stopped at the grocery store to pick up breakfast necessities. Loved that the apartment is located between the Superstition Mountains (Lost Dutchman State Park) and the Desert Botanical Garden. Could have easily visited South Mountain, Camelback, or Piestewa if we had the ability to stay longer. Thanks for hosting us!

Delivers -what you see is what you get!

Lots of attention to detail, small incidentals such as salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, coffee to start you off, enough paper supplies and such. Very clean and in excellent condition!
