Pet Friendly: We allow house/potty trained dogs not more than 50 lbs for only a PET FEE of $100 per pet and will be requested separately once your booking is confirmed. We allow maximum of 2 pets. FRIENDLY REMINDER, NO PITBULL, NO PET MORE THAN 50 LBS. Thank you:)

Pool Heater: We provide an option for HEATED POOL at an additional $70 per night. This will be charged separately once you confirm on your end. You will need to let us know if you would like to have the pool heated minimum 3 days in advance. Pool Heater options are only from October-April. It will be disabled during summer.

Pool liability addendum:
When booking with us you are signing an agreement that you are aware of and assume the risk for yourself, any children, and for all guests or invitees during your stay. We are not responsible for any accidents caused by guests and all individuals in the Guest party. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any liability resulting from harm or injury caused by Guest and all individuals in Guest’s party using the pool and/or any equipment.

By completing the VRBO reservation the Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with this agreement and will inform others listed on booking of same.

When requesting to book, please let us know where you are traveling from, whom you are traveling with and what brings you to Arizona. We are flexible with early check in or late check out if we can accommodate and communication is the key.
