Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Horrible! I booked this place to sit by the pool for the day and have a relaxing evening with girlfriends. No pool key was provided and they said the office was closed on the weekend so we never got to go to the pool. The unit was so dirty and smelled so bad. I had to vacuum when I arrived as well as wash the entire couch down with soap and water. The walls were covered with scribbles of pen and crayon. There were food remnants on the dishes. The smell of urine and or wet dog was just disgusting and there was pet hair everywhere. The door knob fell off in my hand. We just didn’t lock the doors, because we couldn’t. Sure, a person responded to our text, but nothing was done to solve any of our problems.
