I booked this room and received a confirmation after paying. No further communication from the host. 30 mins after check in time I ask for check in instructions. I get a text with one word… environmental…30 mins after check in time while I’m traveling from out of state with no place to stay now…This was the worst experience, my first and last time to try to use Vrbo.
