Please note that we continually upgrade our vacation rentals and recently removed the older "tub/shower" and replaced it with a modern walk-in shower. So now we have 2 baths with 2 walk-in showers!

You can walk around the lake on the boardwalk to admire the babbling creek and the gushing waterfall. During one stroll, a guest counted 32 turtles around the lake! Fishing is permitted with a catch and release policy.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.

There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 4 people.
Please let us know the specific ages of children under 18 years of age. Not suitable for toddlers age 9 months to 4 years
