I just left a review for this Very nasty place. If you’re going based off of previous reviews, please don’t. That is the only reason why we stayed here. A female will definitely not feel safe in this location.

Where to start? First off, Motel six should be ashamed to have their name over the hotel. I would suggest that they remove that particular hotel from their branding/franchise. The only reason that we stayed at that particular hotel was for two things, my husband was getting multiple different surgeries on his eyes and we would be multiple hours away, and the review stated it was a decent property. There is absolutely no heat available in any rooms and we stayed there for nearly a week. The couch and chairs reeked of urine. The toilet did not flush at all and backed up even without toilet paper in it. We tried for days to change to a different room Without Success until I escalated with Expedia. The hotel itself is surrounded by homeless people and prostitutes and people who have the fentanyl fold. The police were called in daily to handle different things. Everything was absolutely dirty and required for us to purchase our own cleaning chemicals as well as a heater just to stay warm at night when it was dropping down below 50. This is by far the worst Motel 6 we have ever stayed in. Had it have not been for lots of medical bills and appointments we were dealing with, we would have just left for another location.. Also, if you ever have problems with this property and you use a third-party vendor, do not ever expect the manager or any of the staff to answer the phone to get a refund or a resolution. I was literally standing in the lobby when an agent from Expedia was calling.
I have absolutely no idea why there is a dollar sign on the door.
The handle was broken off the shower knob to where the shower could not be used.
All of the chairs smelled up urine and any desk chairs were broken
None of the remote controls work with any of the TVs regardless of the room you’re in.

The location. There were 3 Phoenix police vehicles there when i arrived. I had a homeless person approach me within 2 minutes of pulling in asking to help him vharhe his phone. I felt uncomfortable opening my camper van and gathering my belongings with him there. I went and checked in. After checking in i went to go to my van to get my things. On the way to my van i was asked by someone else i i had any meth i could give her. I told her no . Then she asked about cigarettes. My van isnt super exspensive but i felt uncomfortable staying there and leaving my vehicle unatended. I left amd went to a planet fitness and stayrd in my van. charge his phone

Decent stay for the price. Staff was great, room was huge and clean, bed was comfy and shower was good. Facilities were a little run down, lots of homeless/transient people hanging around, and the WiFi was poor. Overall worked fine for us for a night.

I am highly upset with the condition of the hotel it should be closed my room was changed twice because of how dirty the rooms were they smell horrible the area is disgusting the second room I was given I didn’t want to touch anything there was mold in the bathrooms the toilet doesn’t flush there were holes in the walls i want my money back the photos online for Expedia are false photos those are photos of when it was embassy suites there is no conference room anything like that and I was told it was a rehab facility before it became Motel 6. There is a lot of homeless around the gang activity I was scared someone was going to try and break in the room. This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in I’m reporting to the better Buisness bureau and the health department for the mold

If you like, watching Tweaker and crackheads all throughout your vacation, this is the hotel to be at!!! they’re walking throughout the lobby. I think some of them are living there. It was just a big mess unsanitary dirty. Will not be coming back.

Terrible hotel in every way the worse customer service you will find the girl checking me in was talking to a friend the whole time via headphones hidden behind her hair, and I kept asking "what" thinking she was talking to me. A total mess of a property. Motel 6 corporate needs to get involved.
