Absolute minimalistic experience everywhere in room 220. Shower valve was one temperature--really hot. The big exception was the king bed mattress was unexpectedly super comfy; must of been brand-new. Lots of police around on a Saturday night. Motel looked fully booked when I woke up at 8am. What do you expect for $58 total cost per night on a weekend.

Water was not even warm, toilet didn't have a cover on the tank, had to push a button inside tank to flush, graffiti on inside of the bathroom door, no toilet paper holder, no where to hang clothes on clothes hangers, door barely locked. If we could of afforded it, we would not have stayed more than one night, we were there for 3 nights.

Stay away from this place. First, I made a reservation for a room with two queen beds and when I got there, they told me that they had given my room to somebody else. I drove from Sat Lake City to Mesa all in one day. The only option that they had was one room with a "queen" bed but it was a full bed. We cannot fit two people in this bed. The guy at the front desk told me that they had a couch well they did but it was very small. Nobody could sleep there. I took the room because we were extremely tired of our trip for a soccer tournament. After, we got to the room I noticed that we only have towel and we needed extra towels and sheets but nobody was at the front desk. The guy was gone. There was no one to help. I contacted Expedia to get any help and they offered me $20 for the inconvenience. That was a joke. We ended up booking at a different hotel and tried to get our money back from this place but got only $80 cash after begging for it the following day. I explained that we tried to return the room right after we got there but they said that he needed to leave right away and he cannot refund me for the day. Also, there is a train that goes by and you can hear it in your room very clearly. Again, stay away from this place, it is not worth the risk for you or your family. It was terrible service.
This is what they called a queen bed. It is a full bed.

I had to ask for soap. The towels were encrusted with stains. The door lock was broken. And the noise from the adjacent Main Street and train station were unbearable. I left at 4:00 in the morning with no sleep. Pathetic.

had to wait outside for a manager to show up and unlock office. The room was filthy, furniture looked like it was picked up from roadside and I refused to use shower. towels were old and discolored. Finally, there was a power scooter parked in the room! So glad when morning came and I could get out of there!

Nope I did not even bother staying there. There was no way I can spend a night in that kind of environment with no running water no bedsheets, no towels very smelly people selling drugs on the parking lot.
