The room was so clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff was super nice—overall this was a great stay.

Disappointed. I’ve been to other locations and have had great experiences. I was looking forward to my stay because I trust this chain. Upon my arrival I immediately noticed that the door lock was broken and would not lock. I asked for another room and staff said he could not make the accommodation and didn’t offer any alternatives. I came back to the room and noticed that there were paw prints all over the sheets, the bed wasn’t properly made. In addition, all the mirrors were dirty and the bathtub was yellow. The room had a dirty mildewy smell. We let the front desk know and they sad they would let their maintenance person know. Very dismissive and unapologetic.

Should have been discouraged to stay here when I walked in to check in and there was a drunk individual loitering the parking lot. As I walked out to get my family from the car the drunk individual was trying to talk to me and put his arm around me. I tried to ignore him since it was late and just wanted to get rest. On my way in the same guy was urinating in public. Notified the person on my way in but he didn’t seem too worried. To top it off the shower didn’t work. I got in the shower at 10;10 with an 11:00 check out just to find out the shower head didn’t world. Let the front desk attendants know but once again no one batted an eye at my complain horrible experience.

Staff was nice. I could hear every conversation in the building all night. My room smelled like marijuana the entire stay from the room next door. The toilet lever stuck and felt like it would break at any moment.

We initially had an issue with the reservation i had reserved 2 queen beds but was given a king room. The hotel was sold out and the staff member went above and beyond to address the issue and was able to secure us the room as reserved.
