SUMMARY: Accommodations were excellent. We would rent it again. The host did a great job anticipating our needs.LOCATION: upscale safe area; convenient to stores, highway, & Westworld.PROPERTY: large, quiet, well-designed/maintained complex with winding paths; impressive vegetation (especially for desert environment); fitness center & 2 pools were clean & well-maintained (larger pool more family-friendly; smaller one more private).UNIT: securely locked; all rooms clean & modern; adequate storage space; well-stocked with supplies in cabinets/drawers & on shelf above washer/dryer; salty snacks & sweets in cabinet next to frig.BATHROOM was roomy; everything in like-new condition; lighting so bright we slightly unscrewed a few lightbulbs. Two doors with locks - one from hallway; one from large bedroom.KITCHEN had plenty of dishes, glasses, & cookware in cabinets. I wouldn’t have painted the appliances black & gold, but that’s just my personal taste.OTHER: I traveled with my husband & his sister. We wanted to stay very close to Westworld for Bike-Week. Nearby VRBO’s with 2 large bedrooms & 2 baths were more expensive. This unit worked well for us because my husband & I shared bedroom with king-size bed; my sister-in-law slept in small room with twin-size day bed. We were able to respect each other’s need for space in bathroom because she had her own sink with small drawers & medicine cabinet for personal items.

The property worked out wonderfully for the two of us. I especially liked the brightly lit spaces. Location is close to many things. We enjoyed the hiking, aquatics/fitness center and numerous restaurants. Max was very responsive with communications and a great host. Would stay here again.
