We love this house. It is truly at the epicenter of Peoria, close to Spring Training facilities, golf courses, and restaurants! The backyard and interior are incredibly decorated. Alexa's available to use to control outdoor lighting and your custom playlist. We know you'll enjoy the home as much as we do.

Amazing house

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It was very nice, the backyard and pool were amazing! It was well stocked and accommodated 7 adults perfectly. We were close to so many grocery stores, Sam’s Club and shopping! The owners were quick to respond when needed. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

Spring break in Peoria

7 people in total from 10-72 in age. Great house and pool had everything we needed. Plenty of beach towels. Trails around the house were great walked to Starbucks daily. Good neighborhood friendly neighbors. Good location close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking Great barbecue Flew in from Seattle air conditioning worked terrific. House was clean and ready for our stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nicely decorated home

The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you could possible need. The pool and outdoor area are great. We heated the pool which was perfect for the cooler temps we had and the hot tub was perfect also. The outdoor area has lots of great areas to sit and relax and enjoy the outdoors. The beds were comfortable. I love a house that has all the extras like toilet paper, Kleenex, soap, shampoo, laundry… really nice not to have to bring or buy these things so definitely appreciated. The location is close to the freeway so easy to get anywhere in the city. The property manager and home owner we very responsive and helpful.
