Our group of eight had a very comfortable stay in this house. The open floor plan allowed us to gather comfortably and enjoy time together, as did the backyard. Check in and check out was easy. Overall excellent experience!

Great home, great experience. It has a lot of room and very clean. Julia was quick to help us the one time we ran into an issue. There are steps in the home in two places so just be aware if mobility issues are a concern for you.

A Home Run for Spring Training!

I've been arranging housing for my annual trip to AZ for spring baseball for more than 25 years. We have NEVER been as fortunate to find this house. 5 bedrooms ALL with King beds? Mid-city location that makes it easy to get anywhere? A COMPLETE kitchen, too many TVs, a great back yard with lots of seating and a nice grill? It was all here. PLUS the communication with Julia was AMAZING - every email was answered immediately. This was, by far, the best house I've rented in AZ or for that matter, anywhere in the US. Grab it if you get a chance!

The perfect rental for us

My wife and I plus my sister, daughter and family, and son and family were in Phoenix attending the wedding of my nephew. This property fit the bill for our stay perfectly. The house is on a quiet dead end street with a lovely private backyard. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and was well equipped for a group of our size. Check in was very easy. Julia is very responsive to messages and responds almost instantly. We would definitely stay at this property again if we all have to get together again in Phoenix. Thank you, Julia, for a memorable stay.

Perfect house for a large group! Everything you need!

Our daughter graduated from GCU nursing school and it was the perfect location. We were able to have one gathering spot for everyone and it just made our celebration of this special accomplishment perfect! When traveling from out of state you never know, but communication was always quick and very helpful. Thank you!!!

Fantastic Stay

This is one of the best properties our group of 5 has ever stayed in. Everything you need is here. Just bring your clothes and food. You get what you see in the pictures and the property is close to stores and restaurants. We will definitely book this property again.

Great property. Nice to find 5 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is only accessible through another room but for our group that was okay. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The owner was pleasant to work with.

Great place for GCU families!

We have 3 families stay.. total of 12 people and this home was roomy with plenty of rooms for all to sleep. The master bedroom has an adjoining room and sofa bed which fit the family of 5 comfortably. The kitchen, living and dining area was big enough for everyone to enjoy meals together. The backyard was spacious to enjoy meals together and toss the football, frisbee and baseball around. It's about 15 minutes away from GCU campus where are 3 kids attend. Convenient to stores, restaurants and Starbucks. Julia the owner was awesome. She communicated from the time we reserved and gave all the information needed three days before reservation. She was able to help us find the best place to purchase a Thanksgiving meal. All in all it was a great time and I highly recommend. We will be back!!😊

Best stocked home we’ve ever rented

The house was perfect for me and my 4 buddies for spring training and golf. The home was very well stocked for kitchen items, plenty of linens, and lots of space. The location was also great—short distance from airport and major freeways. Julia, our host, was fantastic in answering all our questions prior to and during our stay.

Perfect getaway

Julia was an amazing hostess. The house was beautiful and so roomy. Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful oasis. We went to Phoenix for our daughter’s wedding and had several different family members staying with us. Great location, close to everything and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great house, great stay

We had 14 of us staying at the house for a family wedding. The house was in a great location, very clean and lots of room for all of us. The kitchen was beautiful, big and equipped with every kithchen item you would need. The back yard was big with a wonderful grill and lots of setting for all of us. I would highly recommend this house!

Great time with family

We had 16 of us in town for my son's wedding. Great open spaces to congregate, play games, laugh and chat together. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Julia was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd definitely stay again!
