• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other cameras or recording devices are present on the property.



• Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is in place to track decibel levels only—it does not record audio. This helps ensure respectful neighborhood noise levels while maintaining guest privacy.



• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically allowed. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior approval—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.
