Located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, golf courses, spring training stadiums, and hiking trails, this thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect balance of space, style, and comfort for families, couples, and group getaways.



Inside, the home feels bright and welcoming with a clean open layout, modern finishes, and all-new furnishings throughout. The spacious living room centers around an oversized sectional and Smart TV, creating an inviting place to relax together after a day exploring Scottsdale.

Nature lovers can explore nearby hiking and biking trails, while families enjoy easy access to local attractions and activities.



The Neighborhood:

With major roads like Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road nearby, getting around is quick and convenient. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and casual dining are close to home, and Uber/Lyft operate reliably in the area. • Pool Safety Waiver Required: A signed pool use and safety waiver is required before check-in.



• Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces strict noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property.



• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other cameras or recording devices are present on the property.



• Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is in place to track decibel levels only—it does not record audio. This helps ensure respectful neighborhood noise levels while maintaining guest privacy.



• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically allowed. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior approval—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.



• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 rescheduling fee. Please coordinate with us in advance if you need extra time.



• Traveling with Little Ones? A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
