This lovely newly furnished 4 bedroom/2 bath home in Peoria will delight you from the moment you enter! The main floor features a cozy living room with big screen TV, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, game room with pool/ping pong table and arcade games, primary king bed w/ ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms-one with a queen bed and the other with twin, twin trundle and double bed`.

Upstairs you will find a beautiful master bedroom with ensuite bath and additional bedroom with queen bed. The balcony off the master has beautiful views of the sunset.

Outside you will find a sparkling heated pool, comfortable seating and dining area, putting green and game area. Walking distance to the new Phoenix Children’s Hospital – Arrowhead Campus! There are plenty of areas in this house to relax and enjoy all that sunny AZ has to offer!

Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated.

This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

The spas and pools in Arizona are not plumbed separately unless the spa is a stand alone, therefore when spa heat is on pool heat is not. We are able to heat the pool to temp and then switch to spa heat during your use and then switch back to pool heat overnight.
