✔Sofa in the living room can be converted to QUEEN SOFA BED, it just needs to be moved around.



LAUNDRY NOTE:



To avoid potential leaks or appliance issues, please refrain from using both washing machines simultaneously. Guests may be held responsible for any resulting damage. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Uber and Lyft can get around by bike if you have one.

No Large Gatherings or Parties

To comply with City and State regulations and preserve neighborhood integrity, parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Unauthorized guests or vehicles may result in immediate eviction, cancellation with no refund, and a ban from our booking channel.



GUEST VERIFICATION PROCESS:



We’ve partnered with Truvi / Know Your Guest to ensure a safe and seamless experience. Before check-in, all guests must complete a brief verification and choose one of the following:



Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25 + transaction fee

Security Deposit (refundable): $200 + transaction fee (processed within 5–10 business days)



While these steps help ensure peace of mind, we kindly ask that guests treat the home with care to avoid any added charges.

SERVICE & UTILITY NOTICE

While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please note that power, water, internet, and other utilities may occasionally be interrupted due to factors beyond our control, including natural events. As these situations are outside our control, we are unable to offer refunds for such occurrences.



FURNITURE & PROPER CARE

For the comfort and safety of all guests, moving or rearranging furniture or heavy items (such as beds, large tables, or other heavy furnishings) is not allowed. If items are moved and cannot be returned to their original position by our cleaning team, guests may be charged for additional assistance from a handyman or staff to restore the property.



OUTDOOR & POOL AREA NOTICE

Please note that leaves, debris, or other natural materials may occasionally be present in the outdoor or pool area, especially after rain or windy weather. These situations are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued for this.



If needed, we can send someone to clean the area, or if it’s late at night and our pool service is unavailable, we will ensure it is cleaned first thing the next morning.
