The 2 hard-wired cameras(1 near front door & 1 on the back patio) are NOT functional or hooked up to a digital video recorder. There is a nest doorbell camera at the front door to ensure cleaning crew arrives on time.

Guest access:
We provide self-access to the property to give you privacy during your stay. However, we would be pleased to answer any questions you may have or to assist with any additional accommodations to ensure you and your party make the most of your stay.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages. If you do the pool with not filter properly and will become murky for you and the next guests.

If you want the pool to be heated to 82 degrees, it will be an extra $100 per night booked.

Please do not touch the pool heater, pool valves etc. Temperature can only be changed from our phones. Messing with the pool equipment with cause issues for you and the next guests, which continues to happen and now we'll be enforcing a $500 charge for any issues.

Pool heating will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.

PETS ALLOWED WITH PERMISSION:
We love your furry friends but it’s case by case and there is a non-refundable fee of $125 per dog, per trip. This will need to be collected prior to your stay. Owners, please expect to pick up after them and spray down any areas with a hose during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. We only allow small dogs, no cats.

-$250 fee to have the pool fence put up and assembled.
-Confetti and glitter are not allowed.
-Please do not put tape on the blue wall, stick to trim and baseboards.
-It's okay if you put pool loungers on the lawn. Please return to patio when not in use so they don't get damaged from sprinklers.
-Please strip the used beds and put the towels near the laundry room before checkout if you have time.
-Turn off propane to the grill.
-Put the pool floaties by the pool equipment before you leave.
-Trash pickup comes early Tuesday AM. Please roll out the 6 bins(4 feet apart) Monday night if the cleaners or we do not!!

The home is lovely and perfect for large family gatherings. I believe the items mentioned below are easy fixes and I would book again. Great location and friendly communication. Kitchen cabinets broken, no liquid dish soap, stainless steel pans were not cleaned well, no garage opener available, bathroom shower doors off track, master bedroom toilet did not flush properly.

Felt right at home

Stayed here for about 5 days with two other families. We often look for a place that always felt like home. We don't look for extravagant perks but simple things that makes everyday feel normal but relaxed. All the families appreciated. The full stock of coffee, cleaning supplies from detergent to dishwashing soap or dishwashing pods and limitless supply of towels. We were here for a tournament for our kids and this place made them stay focused on themselves rather than look for something that they felt was missing. Glad to have found this spot!

Great home for families

Repeat stay for us at Kurt and Caitlin’s home. Stayed the weekend for an event at Phoenix Swim Club. Big home with plenty of bedrooms for our group. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was plenty big enough for cooking meals and had everything we needed for our stay. Bonus was being able to use the garage. Plenty of driveway space for big vehicles. Backyard was beautiful with the outdoor shower. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would recommend.

This home was amazing and in the perfect location being close to downtown and Scottsdale and Tempe as well. It has a very relaxing feel, especially in the great backyard with its wonderful amenities! Awesome house for multiple families

We came for a baseball tournament with 3 families and our grandparents and the house was perfect! Huge open spaces , many bedrooms with double beds giving the kids options to sleep with their parents. The kitchen is spacious and huge fridge / freezer . Well stocked dishes, cups, pool towels and bedding. We had 13 total including 5 kids around 10-12 years old . The pool was great we had it heated. We noted a pool light issue and the owner came immediately to check it out

This house was excellent. Kurt was very responsive when I had questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. This house had everything we needed from entertainment of the pool and games outside, game room in the garage, extra towels and linens for 18 people. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook for 18 people including cutlery and dishes & bowls. the property was clena and we felt safe. We will be returning in the future!

We were looking for a house that can house 18 people. We are a traveling Soccer team and managing 16 teen players in a hotel can be a nightmare. Having a house makes it easier to keep an eye out and for meal plans. There were enough beds and bathrooms. Overall, it fitted on what we need.

We couldn't tell from the front of the house how huge and nicely appointed this place is! Great corner lot location, convenient to shopping and dining, with a nice neighborhood feel. The patio and pool are really nice. We didn't have a long enough stay to take full advantage of the kitchen and its commercial style appliances. We definitely appreciated the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that we put to use. Kurt was very responsive to any concerns we had, and was kind enough to let us mail a couple packages to ourselves ahead of our visit. This home is comfortable, not fussy. Our group was all adults, but we thought this property would be great for a couple families with kids. The only things that kept this from being a full 5 star review were some minor maintenance and repair issues, plus the fact that all the beach towels were still in the dryers upon our arrival (we folded them for the next guests). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this property for family reunions and similar gatherings.

Great home for extended family

We enjoyed the family time gathering for a wedding in Phoenix. The pool was a big hit and the kitchen and living areas were big enough to accommodate us and then some. Great rooms as well!
