Great spot for offsite Executive meetings

The house was great for our Executive group stay. Great spaces for meetings, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. A great selection of outdoor amenities, although some are showing their age. Interior finished were great. Biggest complaint was the inadequacy of the outdoor grill. Should be an easy fix.

Annual Thanksgiving triop

Golf Trip

Easily accommodated our group of 14 for a golf trip. The sleeping accommodations and bathrooms were plenty for a group of our size. The common areas are spacious and the outdoor amenities (pool, tennis court, etc.) provided plenty of entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and well appointed, although no Soundsystem that worked… Question the property manager, who simply said they had received complaints in the past and so had deactivated it. Disappointing that if we knew we couldn’t listen to some light jazz in the mornings we likely would’ve chosen another property.

Overall this place was wonderful! The pool was pretty dirty when we arrived to the property and they said it was because of the group prior to our stay. It was unfortunate that we didn’t really utilize the pool the day we arrived because of how dirty it was but the machine cleaned it up after and we used it a lot the following days. Communication with property manager was easy and very fast. We noticed a pickleball paddle was broken prior to our arrival and they went ahead and ordered two new ones and had it shipped later that day. The only bad thing was seeing old jalepenos in one of the shaker bottles which was from a different group. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and everyone in our group enjoyed the house.

Some friends and I stayed at this property a couple years ago for a friends birthday and it was even better than I remembered! So many great activities and thank you for providing the sports toys to use! Everyone was very happy with the rooms and there was plenty of space for people to truly enjoy and relax.

Beautiful Property

Overall, we loved our stay in Scottsdale. The house was gorgeous. Perfect layout for a large group like ours. It was incredibly spacious and very clean inside. However, the pool and hot tub were not clean, and both were cold. Property Management came to check on everything after we sent them photos, but the issues persisted. We had problems with heating, and the hot tub draining out the whole weekend. Their team sited a glitch. We were able to spend only one afternoon using the pool / hot tub, which left a majority of our 13 guest really upset and wanting refunds back for the fees paid to have access to those amenities.
