I rated this a five overall definitely a great house to stay at just a few callouts that may make it a little better for other customers. Directions on how to take the pool vacuum out while we are swimming, more pool noodles or floaties, at least one large frying pan for cooking for more than two people, and a griddle. Things that you do not need to bring as it was fully stocked and greatly appreciated were laundry soap, shampoo and body wash, beach towels, spices for cooking garbage bags, paper towel, dish soap, hand, soaps. I would definitely go back there!

We had to fill the propane tank for the grill. Since house holds a lot of people, would have been nice to have a large skillet for breakfast cooking. House was perfect for our spring trip. Hot enough that the pool was almost comfortable. Mgmt never responded before our arrival. Vacasa/Casago mgmt pretty much sucks. Subcontractor Acme did tell me the door code so we could get in.

Host didn’t answer an important message about refrigerator going out . Freezer defrosting with my food in itI need to call finally after 4 days. Food thawed out. Propane went out after one use of grill and other tank empty. Verbo advertised heated pool but not that I had to pay extra. I hated this experience!
