We had a wonderful stay, our family enjoyed some beautiful sunny weather and enjoyed the hot tub and pool every day. The location is good for many local activities and the neighborhood is nice. The home was clean and comfortable.

We had such a great stay at Gina and Ryan’s pool home! It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and warm(we chose to heat it for the week) and the hot tub was so enjoyable too! The neighborhood was quiet and there is also a park within walking distance for your little ones! Thank you Gina and Ryan!

We found the property adequate. Location was pretty good, near a park and retention basin. The pool and hot tub were nice but dated. The neighborhood is busy and the house is situated on a corner. If you had more than 2 cars parking could be an issue. Biggest issue for us was working around just one shower. We had six adults and it was a hassle for sure. All of the beds don’t have headboards either. I feel most people are accustomed to sleeping on bed with headboards. Could use some better lighting as it felt dim even with all the lights on. Also the carpet is due for replacement, lots of stains.

Perfect Place

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was comfortable and in a nice location. We were able to hang out with our family and catch up with familly members. BBQ, Pool and hot tub were great.The outside are was perfect for a swim and bbq. Everything we needed was at our fighertips. Only thing is I wish there was a "book" with instructions for the home. It would have been helpful to be able to just look at instructions for operating some of the appliances.

Beautiful house/pool area and great location!

The location of the home was great to get to downtown Gilbert and surrounding activities like TopGolf and horseback riding! The hot tub and pool are amazing and we spent a lot of time just relaxing at home. Everything was comfy and clean and we would stay again!

Winter Getaway

Our families enjoyed an 80 degree temperature change and fun in the sun. Location is fantastic for entertainment in both downtown Chandler and downtown Gilbert! The pool and hot tub were excellent. Wished there were lounge chairs and a little more room around the pool.

Great Golf Stay

We had a great time at this home. We especially liked the pool and hot tub. We paid to heat the pool (stayed in Feb) and it was the best part of the home. We wished there was a shower in the second bedroom since it had a large tub, but we made do. Overall, it was a great place for a fun guy's trip!
