Although the room was "clean", it was very trashy. Messed up grout in the bathroom, very old mattress, the blinds were busted, the blanket had a big hole in it, the TV was also very old. It would be the kind of place a trucker would stay when he was trying to save some money.

Old in disrepair facility, room smelled like smoke and was supposed to be non smoking!! I went to try to change it and they were no help. In addition there were people smoking right outside their room two doors down. Towels are razor thin and rough like sand paper

Good except the room was a smoking room

Did not realize it was a smoking room smmell of snoking all through the room was disturbing. Smoke stains on the ceilings, just seeped into everything, includingbbedding. The room was a great size, bed and pillows were omfortable. However I am sensitive to cigarettes and smoke, so my eyes were burning and irritated. Again, i did not see on Hotels for those rooms to be smokless as a choinlce. Maybe its time to fully go smokeless. Pleanty of motels and hotels do so.. i would stay again in a non smoking room.

Relaxing stay but sloppy repair jobs

Bathroom tub was disgusting, rust all over tub. Floor was dirty. Repairs on the room were terrible and sloppy. Carpet is filthy

I paid for a room and hotel associate issued me a occupied room, i went into the room with the card key that i was issued and once i entered the room, i noticed that the room was not freshly clean and could see that the room was being occupied as there were belongings in the dresser drawers. I immediately stepped out and went to the hotel window to let the associate know that yhr room had belongings, o was then asked to give back the card key and she issued me another room.. yet i did not enjoy my stay as the inconvenience of having entered another guests room by mistake on behalh of the associate.
