i had a decent stay but the breaker for the home tripped twice, the second time we were not at the home so it was extremely hot with the phoenix weather. the host offered a refund for 2 nights of my stay, never saw the refund processed. we stayed in the second studio-like home on the same property but it was just too hot so once the original home cooled down we moved back to it in the middle of the night. just slightly inconvenienced but overall it had everything we needed for our stay. i had two kiddos with me so it was important to have AC.
