Originally I was placed in a room facing the ac units when the hotel wasn’t full. I asked to be moved and they obliged but moved me to another room. I asked again and they moved me to a room with a decent view of South Mountain so I was pleased. The lady at the desk was nice but seemed new. Overall decent experience.

This is the worst experience I ever had. I was traveling from Phoenix and when I get to the property nobody was there, and they put a phone number to call but no one answer, really irresponsible. Managment should be really ashamed….. poooooor service, sucks!
