The staff was kind and efficient, the hot tub and pool were nice, and the airport shuttle was great! The only con is that the QR code in the room links to an outdated menu at the hotel's restaurant. The $27 steak we all went there for turned into a $35 steak, so we ended up eating burgers. The food was good, but we wished we had gone to Wing Stop, considering the only reason we decided to eat at the hotel was because of the previously decently priced steak that no longer exists. When I asked the server about it, she shrugged it off and said, Oh, that's from the hotel, not the restaurant." I had assumed the two were communicating.

The staff and management were extremely responsive to problems we had during our two night stay. We had issues regarding other guests(youth soccer teams) being loud, running the halls and knocking on the doors.

Check in was easy, clean spacious room. The bed was hard and not comfortable. We were not told that breakfast was a $15 fee, not a lot of variety. However there was an IHop 5 mins down the road that had great breakfast service
