There were no towels in the room, when we went downstairs to get some they asled for the dirty towels, told them there was no towels at all. There was no microwave or fridge. There was loud noises above us and beside us.

They have a silly fee for the deposit that does not make sense and is non refundable. It’s so obvious they just want to make more profit from each customer. Rooms were decent, staff was ok, coffee was weak but provided.

The shower water can only be hot or cold. There is no way to put it in the middle. It's a turn left or turn right knob and stops flowing in between for mixing. The outlet for the sink doesn't work either.
