When I checked in at the front desk I was told that I had to pay a 150 deposit for each of my Dogs. Which Hotels.com did not inform me. I had to have my son come and take one of the dogs. Before I could check in the hotel. The amount of the pet fee should be posted when I made my reservation I am very upset about this.

This is the standard all hotels should set. Quiet, comfortable bed, great amenities in the room, easy and fast check-in process, a breakfast area that actually has real food in it instead of packaged sugar, garbage, and an overall great value when in town!

Far better than I expected. I stay in extended-stay hotels regularly as I need to be able to store and heat my own food - nasty food allergies. This place was like staying in an Airbnb. Tiny but usable kitchen with appliances and utensils, comfortable work space, nice bed. Exactly what I needed.

This hotel is like an oasis, close to the airport in Phoenix. We took a room with kitchenette and we were so happy with everything inside. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful, giving us the information we needed. (e.g., about the closest gas stations). The hotel, having many buildings and a nice outdoor swimming pool, with tropical plants around, looks like an exotic resort.

Quick stay

In town for a quick stay; will definitely stay again! Everyone was friendly and accommodating! Loved the layout of the hotel, breakfast was great, bed comfortable had everything we needed in the room and more. Had i known there was a basketball court i would have schooled my husband on the courts lol!!
