Inside, this home features fresh paint, newer oversized quartz countertops, backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. Wood plantation shutters, new windows, and doors. Each bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with solar tubes for lots of natural light, plus new raised bathroom vanities with quartz countertops and sinks/faucets—built-in cabinetry in LR, six ceiling fans, and central A/C. Outside, the private backyard has lovely landscaping and lighting, which beckon with an extended Kool-decking patio, three outdoor fans, a private pool that gets full sun and has a sun ledge, umbrella, and water feature, a gas fire pit, two sitting areas, and a gas grill. This adult community has a 45+ age restriction to rent a 30-day minimum rental; a lease is required, and no one under 19 can occupy the home with the renter. For an additional cost, renters can purchase activity cards for access to the Grand amenities, including community pools, a spa and fitness centers, pickleball/bocce courts, softball fields, fishing lakes, walking and biking trails, and a membership price for golfing to four 18-hole championship golf courses. For an additional cost, the pool can be heated during your stay. No pets, no indoor smoking.
