Good to Know
● Pool heating is included at no additional charge.
● The pool is heated with a heat pump which normally heats the pool about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature. We are unable to guarantee a temperature.

● Cancellation Policy: Will be displayed at time of check out. Either 30 or 60 days prior to arrival based on property type.
● Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out. Early/late options may be available for a fee (approval required) within 48 hours of arrival

● To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication
City Info and Rules
● Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
● Guests agree to comply with City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals:
● Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
● No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose, including but not limited to any of the following:
● Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
● Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
● Housing sex offenders is prohibited
● Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home;
● Selling liquor, controlled substances, or pornography;
● Operating any adult-oriented business, including nude and topless dancing.
● No person, including an owner or operator, shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
● Last-Minute Bookings: Additional verification may be required for arrivals within 72 hours or with local Arizona guests.
