Wi-fi included, quiet neighborhood, parking space. All kitchen necessaries included. Ideal for young couple, student, vacationers, etc. Hiking, Golf, Museums, National and State Parks, Shopping, all nearby. Air purifier system installed as part of HVAC March 2021

Nice quiet place in a great neighborhood.

The property is in a great part of Scottsdale, within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The residents are mostly retired or older, and very friendly. A great place.

Dear future guest, avoid this apartment at all cost!

Dear future guests, avoid this place like plague. We had a horrible 3-month experience there. The whole apartment is filled with asbestos, white dust Strong disgusting smell The water is very hard, undrinkable, had a skin reaction. The AC is located in the bedroom, could not sleep well because of the loud noise. The walls are very thin, i could hear all neighbors talk,sneez or cough. The apartment has a strong smell of rotten wood - because of the kitchen cabinets. We asked Vrbo to help us move to somewhere else, they decided to leave us there and suffer. Conclusion: We would never ever recommend this apartment to anyone. If you are looking for trouble and suffering then go for it. This was our first and last time using vrbo
