I know they are in the mist of a remodel but there was an excess of dust in our suite. The airport next door made the noise a little much if you are looking for quiet place.

Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious and convenient. Nice patio with table and chairs. Pool area was very nice and we enjoyed. Staff checked in every day to see if we needed anything. Units a little dated but enjoyed overall and would stay there again.

The staff was amazing! Lucas, front desk staff, was the best! I would have given a 5 star rating for just him. One thing to be aware of is there is staff with Hilton vacations that will try to get you to sit through 2 hours of marketing for a timeshare. I thought it was a group event and ended up being a one on one for 2 hours. It was awful!! The hotel is nice...but not the marketing!

Though we love Hilton Links Scottsdale and stayed at the resort two years ago, this time we were placed in a building/unit that was right behind a a building undergoing significant renovations. Our view from the patio and living room window was a huge dumpster and watching the crew work all day. There was lots of boxes and other construction remnants left out for days. (Eye sore and blocked lots of parking spots). There was also loud work being done which woke us up early. We did raise this at the front desk but it seemed difficult to get a better unit. (The resort did not seem fully booked so it seemed we were placed in one of the worst units cause this was booked via Expedia). Our suite itself was not as clean as it should have been - dust, few stains on the wall and some wear and tear (so the Reno's will be good once they are all done). Pillows are awful and you need to invest in better ones. The resort pool, fitness centre and lobby area are well maintained. The grounds crew are friendly and clean the shrubs and blown leaves away regularly. The pool is fun and lots of covered loungers. We like the convenient location and would book here again. I would just be clear that we need a suite away from Reno's. It said nothing about building Reno's on their website either. While we appreciate a need for updates the resort should make efforts to place guests away from the unit being worked on.

I appreciated that the room was a 1 BR 1 Bath apartment; fully equipped; including washer and dryer. I was thinking it would be more like a typical hotel room. The resort amenities were amazing; and the staff at check in were very friendly and helpful!
