Liked it: House was a good layout-rooms/bathrooms and in a good spot of town we enjoyed. Backyard was private and setup was good.Leave it: neighbor hanging over the fence at 7:30 pm to tell 4 kids to “keep it down” (they were 22 year olds relaxing with parents and grandparents) , get rid of the broken foosball table. Provide pool sticks that aren’t broke honestly-there’s no reason to have these giants tables that are broke or can’t be used. Get a new cleaning company-i removed the placemats from the dinning room table and reviled all the food crumbs the last guests left. Garage was filthy-actual piles of dirt. Dead giant palm tree branches left right next to each side of driveway -they are sharp. One primary room was an add on-without central AC but a wall unit that roared at night. Chandelier/ceiling fans were all filthy-I cleaned while there. Linens needed to be a few sheet counts higher.

Amazing place-safe neighborhood

This place is awesome! We had rare bad weather and still had a blast. Heat the pool for sure. Spacious bedrooms, awesome kitchen, great pool area. Orange trees in backyard-fresh squeezed juice every morning. House is top-notch (except dishwasher goes off track every time you open ;)) but it cleans so who cares. We loved our stay here-easy to find, close to everything and safe, quiet neighborhood. Host was great! Will stay again if we are lucky enough to get back to Scottsdale.
