We enjoyed our time here. We really enjoyed the pool and everything on the 8th floor. The only problem we had was that every morning, starting around 5:30 am, it sounded like someone was banging on a pipe a couple of times every 30 or so minutes.

Spacious, clean and luxurious. This was just what I needed for a quick stay would definitely come back again. View was amazing and bedding was comfortable. The staff was above and beyond attentive and helpful. It’s nestled in an area that has plenty to do great food and walk ability.

We loved having so much space... and the 8th floor amenities were lovely! We weren't thrilled with the security guard on a power trip though... and unfortunately people we travelled with got stuck in an elevator for 45 minutes. We do hope that the feedback left by our group will help make a few impovements & then this place will be perfect! We will look at other Sol Modern locations when planning travel in the future, for sure!

No humans anywhere to be found to the point of frustration. Could be nice to minimize the staff and the questions/interactions but this is to a fault. If you need anything, no one to help. If you leave a request, it is not done (few requests, eg. coffee, towels). If you need absolutely anything after your checkout, god help you. You will receive a 1 800 leasing phone # and email and talk to bots with no one else available. I'm convinced two children in a trench coat run this organization. Awful experience all around.

It’s located in Downtown Phoenix so there is a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was super clean and cute decorated. It has a nice balcony with a great view.

The best place I’ve ever stayed at in Phoenix room was perfectly clean , didn’t use amenities much because I chose to go out for my entertainment however HUGE props to Brigid ! When I arrived she greeted me at the door , helped me unpack and loaded my luggage she went above and beyond she walked me out to show me where the parking garage was and also took my luggage up to my room. I truly appreciate her customer service it’s 100/100 she made sure I was all set answered all my questions made me feel extremely comfortable like speaking with friend please acknowledge her she such a sweetheart. She made my stay most comfortable.

I travelled with two teenagers. Hotel was great, very spacious and clean. We didn't get to enjoy much of the amenities around the hotel, but we did go to take a look around, and they have a lot to entertain all ages. I will definitely book here again. Staff was nice and helpful.

My best friend and I met here for a girls weekend. Sol Modern far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The 8th floor pool, lounge and game area was phenomenal! We could not believe how expansive and clean it was. We spent every night out on the couches with the fire going. The location was perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly. We choose a different city each year to meet but will be looking for other Sol Modern hotels to meet at! I’d definitely stay here again without question!

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The amenities were top tier. Its resort style and if you like to work out, the gym will blow your mind. The hotel is located in a great spot with many wonderful restaurants and activities within walking distance. I can't wait to stay here again. This is a great place to live if you like luxury downtown living.
