I would have given this a 0 star but that’s not an option. I felt like the people at the front desk were inconvenienced by checking in. I requested to have the charge on my credit card, but they charged what card held the room. The room was horrible, I felt dirty just by being in it. There was grass between the sheets, gum on the sheets, and blood. Because we got back into the room to sleep about 2:30am and were tired. We put our own blanket over the bed to sleep. I will not be returning and suggest no one ever stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean staff were very polite breakfast was the normal, for a free breakfast but staff always had the food available to everyone. the only downfall was we used the pool a couple of times in the morning, and you are supposed to use your key card to access but it was not working, you could just walk right into the pool area. We also noticed the back door you walk out of to get to the pool, or a back parking lot was open to anyone for access. You did not have to use your key card at all. This was a big concern for us. We talked to a woman at the front desk, and she said it is very safe here and because she had been working there for many years, they never had anything happen and we should feel safe. Well, that was not the answer we were looking for at all. Anyone can have access to the first floor coming through that back door. I hope they change this for everyone's safety. We saw employees coming in through that door without using any card at all. And others who may have been staying at the hotel?
