Perfect for long trips

I love the fact that they are so close to so many things. The location is excellent and they have breakfast in the morning. The staff is super nice and there's a laundry on the premises as well.

When we first got there, I complained to the front desk about our room, not being very clean and they said they would make a note of it, but they weren’t gonna do anything about it. Made a complaint that the people above us were up all night making noise. And then last night before I took a shower there was a cockroach on the towel on the toilet. We will never stay there again.

Great staff, very pleasant and courteous, allowed us early check in which was great due to wife's recent surgery. Breakfast bar was not your typical bagel and muffins, actually had good food. The traffic noise wasn't really bad for being on Scottsdale Rd

Love, love, love this location of Sonesta ES Suites. The room has everything I need, comfortable bed, kitchenette in case I want to reheat or even prepare a small meal or snack. Full size refrigerator to store enough item when family visit.

When in Phoenix I always stay at Sonesta ES in Paradise Valley. The staff is always pleasant, helpful and courteous. The rooms are the best value in town. You get a lot for your money. You pay twice the money for half the room everywhere else in PV. You will be happy with this choice. I always am.
