No smoking or vaping inside or outside areas of the house. No glass containers in or around the pool or the hot tub.
No parties of any kind. No unregistered guests. There will be a fee if any of these rules are broken. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please respect this for the neighborhood.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house & hosts were wonderful and would love to return. The only upset was the backyard neighbors who partied so loud our last night we weren’t able to sleep until late with an early flight.
