The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels on all used beds, and gather any trash into the bins provided. No need to strip beds—we’ll take care of that!
Before leaving, do a quick sweep of all rooms, drawers, and the fridge to make sure you’ve grabbed all your personal items (especially chargers and clothes!).
Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked, lights are off, and the thermostat is set to off, depending on the season. Then lock the door behind you using the keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
