As a longtime Hilton Honors member I expect consistency across the brand. This converted Comfort Inn is nowhere near what I expected. Rooms are sparse - no in room coffee or microwave. When asked why I was told they were “messy”. Breakfast is a “bagel bar” with yogurt. I will avoid this at all costs and switch to Springhill Suites for the price!

Checked in, got settled and the room lock needed batteries. Changed to a smaller room with no offer of room discount. “Breakfast” was muffins and bagels and weak coffee.

Horrible old hotel with Hilton name thrown in

We were put on the road side of the hotel. It was soooo noisy that we couldn’t sleep! Old hotel which Hilton “ remodeled “ should have replaced all of the old windows with triple pane!!! Kicker is that they weren’t even that busy and should try to never put guests on that side. Continental breakfast consisted of bagels, yogurt and prepackaged (garbage) muffins- yuck. We will never stay there again- definitely not up to Hilton standards- don’t be fooled by the name.

Everything was good. We had plenty of towels, our room was clean. The breakfast was terrible. Bagels and banana nut muffins. Yougurt and orange juice. That is NOT a breakfast.

My wife and I cannot believe that Hilton would place their name on a dump like this. We attempted to check in after 4pm but our room was not available and we had to wait for for the maids to clean a room. There is IKEA furniture throughout the building and room. The building itself is old. The advertised "breakfast" is not a breakfast, but just bagels. No lids or sleeves for the coffee provided in the lobby. The wall of the room are paper thin, and we could hear conversations in adjoining rooms. Extremely Poor!

I stay in Hiltons a lot, but hadn't tried Spark. There are some issues like not being able to enter the building from the north door because it is broken. Very noisy place at night. Not parties, but one an other parties talking through walls, etc. Breakfast was small and poor quality.
