I found the check-in assistance to be outstanding. Both the afternoon and early morning assistants were highly professional and knowledgeable, providing me with information about nearby restaurants. There wasn’t any patio furniture on the deck. We were on the second floor and for two nights they were very loud, sounded like stomping all over. So we decided to cut our trip short and came home a day early. Would like to see a refund please.

Our room smelled terrible as soon as we walked in, the bed was very springy, water rot around the edges of the shower, and our bathroom sink literally fell apart and crashed down off the cabinet that was holding it up in the middle of night.
