We don't charge a cleaning fee, and we trust our guests to treat the property with respect.
Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will result in a $250 charge. Eg. heavily soil grill, walls, upholstery, carpet, burnt cookware etc
Empty ALL 4 trash cans and any other trash that didn't make it into a bin. Community bin is to the right as you exit the patio gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property was clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Laundry as well as stove and grill were fully functional and appreciated. Liquid dish soap dispenser did not work. There should be an alternative. Didn’t realize there were board games until near the end of our stay which was a bummer. Did not use pool so really could not rate that.
