The best building in Downtown Phoenix without a doubt. Resort amenities throughout- heated pool with poolside barbecues and lounge , spectacular workout facilities, changing art exhibits, rooftop firepits, lounge area and multiple commercial barbecues. 360 degree views from here are amazing. Lobby meeting areas, 24 hour security with front desk attendant as well.
Overlooking the Japanese Friendship Garden, Margaret T. Hance Park, the Irish Cultural Center and the Phoenix Central Library.
Literally 30 top restaurants within a few easily walkable blocks .
