Stuff was okay. The room was pretty tiny, compared to other SpringHill suites we stayed at. Tv looked like it was gonna fall off the stand. And the dresser literally sneaked! Every time someone walked by it. Just a suggestion it should be mount to the wall. Last thing. You have a pay for parking!

Hotel wants to change booking rate after arriving. Rate was confirmed several times for an extra night stay. We followed all the directions provided by Expedia, but they won't back us up on the rate change. Very frustrating and not what I expected from Expedia.Compelled to let others know of our situation and experience in our reviews.

The room was very clean. Staff was great and welcoming. The breakfast area was too small and crowded, printer didnt work and feels a bit outdated.

Had to request an ironing board for the room. Also had no coffee pot. Plumbing hardware in the shower tub is loose and the bathroom sink fixtures leak profusely when turned on (both hot and cold). No water offered complimentary/or for sale in the lobby. Sounded as if the drain piping for upper floor toilets directly above us was in the wall behind the head board of the bed. Loud water draining after flushes all night.

Great place to stay, no complaints except for a REALLY hard bed. Not comfortable at all. Everything else from the front desk guy to the breakfast and room was just as you would hope it to be. We very much love the location. Every restaurant and shopping store is within walking distance which is very convenient. Pleased with our stay and would recommend.
