Our first room smelled like smoke, moved rooms and the room was dirty and not all of the pillows had pillow cases. The shower and floors looked like they hadnt been cleaned in ages.

To be blunt, it was unclean. There were smears of some sort of liquid that had dried on the mirror, thick coating of dirt on the AC vent slats. Housekeeping only came once, the first morning I was there, removed the dirty towels, and never came back for the remaining 3 days. I had to go to the lobby to get clean towels to take a shower. The employees were friendly but just possibly not enough of them to fully support the site.

Very clean rooms and location, interior and exterior. The staff was really kind and informative as it was my first visit to Phoenix AZ. There was 2 Anthonys there, but both of them were super helpful and polite! Its really great to encounter staff that has great customer service!

Room was basic...fine. Some general maintenance issues. Bed was like sleeping on a board. Crazy hard. Elevator was filthy. Checkin was lengthy even though most should've been done online. Wont be back.
