Pool & Hot Tub Use: The pool and hot tub are to be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children and pets must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Pool Heating: The pool is heated to approximately 90 degrees from November through March. Please note the heater is on a timer, and the actual water temperature can be affected by cold ambient weather.

Hot Tub Heating: From November to March, heating is included at no charge from 5:00-10:00. From April to October, heating is available for a fee of $50 per day/night.

Safety & Security: For your security and to ensure compliance with our no-party rule, the property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home located by the front door. A noise monitoring device is located inside the home; it only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations.

Check-In/Out: Optional early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire for availability and pricing.

Property had a nice yard and our dogs enjoyed it. House was very roomy, lots of amenities, and comfortable for the 1 night we booked. Nice to find a good property that takes dogs.
