I stayed here from Nov 21, 2025- Jan 18, 2026. I feel that this can be ok if you are inbetween homes but not very suitable for long term. Pros: The staff is great and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There is a full sized fridge, microwave, and stovetop. It's in walking distance to Arizona Mills Mall. They recently installed cameras. Cons: The place is BADLY in need of renovation. The floorboards, kitchen flooring, and kitchen cabinets all need to be redone. There are definitely roaches for sure. If they fill in the cracks that my help to keep the roaches out. One night, we were in bed and security knocked on the door to do a mandatory security check. That's kinda scary to do at night, especially if you are a woman alone. The bathroom sink was VERY clogged. My husband opened up the pipe as we didn't want anyone in our room and he does this for a living. There was change in there and thick black buildup. The rooms book fast so you MUST reserve in advance or otherwise, you will have to packup everything and go, no matter how long you have been there. The prices fluctuate ALOT. One night, i saw a 1 queen bed room was on here for $233 for a Saturday! This place is definitely not up to par to be able to charge that amount for one day. Bring your own towels and bedding unless you have no choice. Internet isn't good. I was told that the place is under new ownership. The new owner DEFINITELY need to fix this place up. It doesn't need to be luxury but at least make it decent.

Everything was good. I was getting bit everywhere by something, but we couldn’t find anything. Was not informed about the parking fees until check out. And since I didn’t use their website to book our room, I never saw them. Also pet deposit has tax on it, which I don’t think is really allowed, cuz not a service. So the $75 fee ends up being a little over $85. Rooms are nice though and was pretty quiet.

Lady at check in was friendly. Supposedly this is a no smoking hotel, but my room STINKS like cigarette smoke. Shower tiles are in disrepair and as a whole, the entire place is just nasty. Makes me think the many positive reviews are fake.

Yes, 100% neglect harassment against my father who has severe seizures. He does have a service dog and he was trying to howl or bark when my father has a pretty bad seizure. The hotel wants to call me today at lunchtime when I stopped to check in on my father and complain that apparently people are complaining about my dog barking, but no in all reality. It was the cleaning service so I have to call corporate not once not twice but three times on the policy because FYI they don’t have a post in the office like they’re supposed to buy company law. They will charge you $40 for an early check in without notice which again all you have to use just to dispute the transaction like my dad did and they’ll pay you back.

When we arrived late, the front desk guy, John was amazing and very helpful because our flight was delayed 3 plus hours we were extremely late. We got our room and went straight to sleep. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed the room was dirty. The floor look like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Then we discovered there was no cooking supplies or dishes. When we were on our way out we ask and were assured they had some and could pick them up when we returned. However, we returned and the front desk girl said they don't have any. We book this room specifically because the kitchen, which was pointless. Then the maid NEVER serviced our room. We had to go to the front office for everything we needed... towels, an extra pillow, trash bags, coffee, etc. The toliet paper holder was broken and a couple of days into our stay the toilet broke. There were people always, at all time of day, hanging around the complex. The trash can was right by the stairs and smelled. The AC in the room was dusty and loud and the bed creeked. And one of our last nights, I saw a small cockroach in our room.

Upon arrival I felt I had made a good pick. The next morning while bathing the children we were greeted by roaches, we bagged everything put the bags outside the door, after being gone all day, we came back and were greeted again by roaches in the bathroom. Called front desk to inform of the roach problem, towels weren’t replaced and we needed more trash bags due to roaches. Spoke to Cara maybe Kara who could have cared less. Didn’t address the roaches and said if we wanted clean towels to bring dirty one to front desk and we’d be given what we brought to her. Supposedly no rooms were available due to some race event going on. We slept with lights on as someone said they won’t come out in the light. We forfeited the last night we paid for packed up and left the following morning. The floors were dirty the tile in the bathroom was dirty. It could be a decent place to stay but the filth and roaches make it impossible. I have pictures and a video that I will be forwarding to the Maricopa County BBB and Health Dept for a welfare check. For now stay as far away from this place as possible

Other than it being nice that the room had a kitchenette. The roaches deterred us was using it. Roaches in bathroom sink. Kitchen table. And although it wasn’t on the bed we saw what was some sort of mite next to the bed on night stand. I definitely didn’t experience the 5 star ratings I saw when I booked this place.
