The house was beautiful, and the grounds were private and well kept. The communication was fantastic and prompt. Everything was tidy and well decorated. We appreciated having items for the kids to play with and the games cabinet.

Pros - Great Location to Mayo Clinic, home is well stocked with amenities, backyard is beautiful, home layout is good, beds are very comfortable, garage is available for 2 car parking.Cons- All TV's are on YouTubeTV which is not user friendly, it is incredibly slow to change channels, and the tv stalls during a World Series final game. Living room sofa looks great but is not comfortable. Several issues were reported to rental company and said they would address but they never did (kitchen sink sprayer stuck on, garage door remote didn't work). No icemaker in fridge, need to bring your own ice. Rental company requires a lot of up front info and all issues are reported via their text message system, just never resolved.

We stay at a VRBO at least once a year. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. We rented this place for the backyard privacy. We watched college and pro football from the pool….which was perfect. The outdoor TV can be watched from the pool or hot tub. It is in a nice neighborhood and the backyard gives you all the quiet time you need. The house has a well stocked kitchen if you need to cook any meals. Overall it is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would rented again if we are in the Scottsdale area.

Great home and location

Wonderful home and area. We stayed at this property for 10 days during the Christmas holiday. It was like stepping into a winter wonderland. The entire subdivision was decorated for Christmas.Our visit was for medical reasons and the proximity to the Mayo Clinc can’t be beat. Very well appointed home with all the necessary essentials and then some. The outdoor area is amazing and being able to relax outside was wonderful. I would stay at this property agin without second thought.

Very clean, well maintained, comfortable home with beautiful pool

We stayed here with our 4 kids, ages 5, 5, 8 and 10. We loved that the pool can be heated quite warm, and spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. We also loved the pool table. Kids loved the bunk beds. We walked down the street to a playground 2x. We would happily stay here again.

Friend reunion

The house was beautiful! Exactly like the photos. We surprisingly spent more time in the house than normal because of the above 105’ temps. But the house was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean and cared for so well. Definitely would rent again!
